Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:

Free Pickup: Available 48 hours after submitting your order.
Local Delivery: Available 48 hours after submitting your order.
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after 48 hours from submitting the order.
Expedited Delivery (via USPS): 1-2 business days after 48 hours from submitting the order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on location. Orders exceeding $100 qualify for free delivery.

Shipping Timeframe:

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Packaging Materials: All GluFD meals are delivered in BPA-free CPET individual plastic containers, safe for food storage and heating. Meals are shipped in insulated boxes with gel packs to maintain refrigerated temperatures during transit.

Package Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once USPS receives the order from us.

Communication Channels: We will update customers on their shipping status via email.
